A Phone in a watch. It is a watch and, at the same time, a phone. There quite a few models available on the market, for example Samsung S9110 or LG Watch Phone - the first 3G watch phone. Some of them are as small as a normal wrist watch, for example Kempler & Strauss, while even bigger ones can be carried on the wrist. The mostly have a touchscreen as there is no space for buttons on it, and can have many advanced features of modern phones, like GPS receiver in GeoSkeeper GPS Watch Phone.

Solar Mobile Phone. Such phones, currently produced by LG (LG GD510) and Samsung (Samsung E1107 Crest), have a solar panel on the back, so that the battery is charged from the sun light. Besides, one can now compose text messages and e-mails without typing them. It is enough to say your message, and it will be converted to text and will be entered into the respective application. This phone runs on Google Android OS operating system, has 512 MB RAM, 512 MB ROM and supports microSD cards up to 32 GB. Another nice feature is up to 10 hours talking time and up to 290 hours standby time.
